One Pupil Confirmed Dead, Others Injured As School Building Collapses in Delta

The collapsed of a section of Ewu Community Primary School in Ughelli, Delta State has left one pupil dead and three others were rescued in a delicate operation.

The collapse reportedly occurred earlier today and the three rescued pupils are currently receiving treatment.

However, it was reported that only one nurse was available at the health centre, raising fears about the adequacy of care for the surviving children who were in critical condition.
