Arsenal’s young talent, Chido Martin Obi, showcased his prowess by scoring an impressive seven goals as the club’s U-18 team secured a dominant 9-0 victory over Norwich City on Saturday, the 27th. The 16-year-old phenom notably netted five goals in the first half alone.

Martin Obi wasted no time making an impact, scoring the first of his two hat-tricks within a mere 17 minutes into the match. He continued his stellar performance after the break, adding two more goals to bring his total to 24 goals in his last seven games.

While this remarkable feat stands out, Martin Obi’s standout performance of the season remains the incredible ten goals he scored in a single game, as Arsenal’s U-16 squad thrashed Liverpool 14-3 back in November.

Following this latest victory, Arsenal finds themselves in third place in the U-18 Premier League South, trailing leaders Chelsea by seven points with a game in hand and second-placed West Ham United.

Martin Obi, with a Nigerian father and Danish mother, has represented Denmark and England at international youth levels. His outstanding talent and prolific scoring ability continue to garner attention as he progresses in his promising football career.
