Netflix Renews ‘Perfect Match’ For Third Season

Netflix has confirmed the renewal of its unscripted dating series “Perfect Match” for a third season. This announcement follows the show’s successful first season, which premiered last year and quickly climbed to the No. 2 spot on Netflix’s English-language TV rankings.

“Perfect Match,” produced by Kinetic Content, features singles from famous Netflix unscripted relationship shows such as “Too Hot to Handle” and “Love is Blind.” These contestants couple up and face various compatibility challenges. Hosted by Nick Lachey, the show allows winning couples to gain power, enabling them to introduce new singles, potentially creating new love connections or causing drama among the contestants. The ultimate goal is for a couple to be crowned the “Perfect Match” at the villa. This is according to the Netflix synopsis.

The second season of “Perfect Match” premiered with its first six episodes on June 7, followed by three more episodes on June 14 and concluding with the finale on June 21. Dom Gabriel and Georgia Hassarati emerged as the winning couple in Season 1, although they announced their split shortly after the season aired. Gabriel and “Too Hot to Handle” contestant Harry Jowsey returned for the show’s second season.

The executive production team for “Perfect Match” includes Chris Coelen, Eric Detwiler, Brent Gauches, and Heather Crowe.
