Mali has announced new restrictions on direct access roads to Bamako Sénou International Airport, citing security concerns. The measure temporarily limits entry to the Modibo Keïta International Airport area.
Authorities confirmed that certain routes leading to the airport will now be reserved exclusively for travelers with valid flight tickets, airport zone personnel, and authorized services operating on the site. Security forces have been deployed to enforce the access controls.
