Bank Customers in Nigeria are experiencing delays in transferring funds to other banks as a technical issue disrupts services provided by various financial institutions.

The glitch, which has affected all banks, is attributed to a hiccup with service partners, according to reports.

An email sent to customers by  ALAT by WEMA reassured customers that while transfers to other banks are encountering difficulties, all intra-bank transfers and other services within the ALAT platform remain unaffected.

Our team is working tirelessly to rectify the issue and restore normalcy to our services, the email noted.
