Famous DJ Tim Westwood, who is facing serial allegations of sexual misconduct in the UK, has fled to Lagos, Nigeria, to rebrand himself as a chef.

In July 2020, a British media company, Global Media & Entertainment, the parent company of Capital Xtra, came under public pressure for failure to investigate multiple online allegations of his predominantly Black female fans.

In response to the allegations, Westwood stated:

I can confirm that such allegations are false and without any foundation.

With no actual evidence to nail Westwood, the Metropolitan Police Force in 2022 confirmed it was investigating a case of sexual offences filed by complainants, which dates back 40 years.

Westwood left the UK for Ghana, as it appeared in a 2022 post he made on social media.

Westwood is currently in Lagos, Nigeria, where, in a recent video, he is living to reinvent as a chef, even though he has a show lined up for the weekend at Oniru Private Beach, Victoria Island, scheduled to be held Saturday, 20th of April, 2024.

Upon his recent reinvention as a chef, many Nigerians familiar with his modus operandi have since raised the alarm on social media, calling for his extradition to the UK.

While the extradition treaty between the United Kingdom and Nigeria remains active, Westwood is scheduled to host the most populous black nation to a “FREE entry” nightlife party until dawn in Oniru Private Beach, Lagos, Nigeria.
