Super Eagles Head Coach, Bruno Labbadia has unveiled his first 23-man squad list ahead of Nigeria’s upcoming Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers.
This comes some hours after his appointment was confirmed by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).
Goalkeepers:
Stanley Nwabili, Maduka Okoye, Amos Omorogie
Defenders:
William Ekong, Semi Ajayi, Calvin Bassey, Olisa Ndah, Ola Aina, Bright Osayi-Samuel, Bruno Onyemaechi.
Midfielders:
Alex Iwobi, Frank Onyeka, Alhassan Yusuf, Wilfred Ndidi, Fisayo Dele-Bashiru, Raphael Onyedika
Forwards:
Ademola Lookman, Samuel Chukwueze, Victor Osimhen, Moses Simon, Kelechi Iheanacho, Taiwo Awoniyi, Victor Boniface.
The Super Eagles will face Benin Republic on 7th September 2024, followed by Rwanda on 10th September 2024.
