The council has rescinded the curfew after an exhaustive meeting by the Security Council that unanimously recommended its lifting.

He pledged that every step would be taken by the council to secure the citizens and residents in Kaduna state.

As the curfew has been relaxed, people in Kaduna and Zaria can now freely move around to transact their normal businesses.
