Zuri Marley, granddaughter of the late Jamaican reggae icon Bob Marley, expressed her admiration for Grammy-winning Nigerian artist Burna Boy, stating he is the only artist she would have wanted to see collaborate with her grandfather.

Speaking at the London premiere of the movie ‘Bob Marley: One Love,’ Marley emphasised her conviction that Burna Boy would have been the perfect collaborator for her grandfather. She specifically mentioned Burna Boy backstage, envisioning an African unity through their potential collaboration.

It’s noted that the soundtrack EP for the music biopic ‘Bob Marley: One Love’ featured contributions from two Nigerian artists, Wizkid and Bloody Civilian.
