Top 10 Most Streamed Songs in Nigeria for Early 2024

Nigeria’s leading music chart publication, TurnTable Charts, has unveiled the most streamed songs in the country for the first half of 2024. The data shows that many of the top tracks this year were released in the third quarter of 2023.

Topping the list is the remix of Kizz Daniel’s ‘Twe Twe’ featuring Davido, which amassed 67 million streams. Close behind, Chike’s hit collaboration with Mohbad, ‘Egwu,’ secured the second spot with 60 million streams. Seyi Vibez claimed the third position with ‘Cana,’ gathering 47.8 million streams, while ‘Cast,’ Shallipopi’s famous collaboration with Odumodublvk, ranked fourth with 45.8 million streams. Seyi Vibez also took the fifth spot with ‘Different Patterns,’ earning 41 million streams.

Ayra Starr, a Grammy nominee, is the only female artist in the top ten. Her song ‘Commas,’ a lead single from her second album ‘The Year I Turned 21,’ reached number seven with 28 million streams. The list includes a notable entry from South African artists Titom, Yuppe, S.N.E, and EeQue, whose viral single ‘Tshwala Bam’ ranked in the top ten with 24.7 million streams.
