Bayern Munich has agreed a deal with Vincent Kompany as their new head coach. The agreement included Burnley, Kompany’s former club, with a transfer fee of €12 million.

Kompany has signed a three-year deal with the German giants, until 2027.

The move came after initial reports surfaced on Monday, however, Fabrizio Romano confirmed the details today.

Kompany’s transition to Bayern marks a significant step in his managerial career, following his tenure with the now relegated Burnley.

Kompany, a Belgian international and legendary Manchester City captain, will now be tasked with steering Bayern Munich to further domestic and international success.
