Pan African Towers Appoints Oladipo Badru as new Chief Financial Officer

Pan African Towers, a Nigerian digital infrastructure provider, has named Oladipo Badru its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

The appointment follows recent investments from Development Partners International and Verod Capital.

Badru, a finance professional with over two decades of experience in various industries, will oversee the Pan African Tower’s financial strategy. As outlined in a statement released by the company on Sunday, this involves managing cash flow, investments, and capital structures to ensure sustained profitability.

Azeez Amida, Managing Director and CEO of the firm expressed confidence in Badru’s abilities, stating,

“We are delighted to have Oladipo join the dynamic management team at PAT. We’re confident in Oladipo’s capabilities and look forward to the immense value his experience will bring to PAT’s executive team.”

Badru, in response to his appointment, conveyed enthusiasm for the opportunity to contribute to Nigeria’s telecommunications landscape.

“These are very exciting times for the Nigerian Telecommunication industry,” he remarked. “I look forward to contributing my own quota to Nigeria’s largest homegrown digital infrastructure provider, especially at such an interesting time as this. Nigeria is a huge market, and I am optimistic about the growth we can achieve in collaboration with our clients.”

Before joining Pan African Towers, Badru held notable positions, including Group Director of Finance at Etisalat Dubai, Head of Budget and Planning and Director of Finance at 9mobile, and General Manager of Financial Reporting and Planning at Helios Towers Nigeria and Pfizer Global Pharmaceuticals.
