955

Nigerian street-pop sensation Habeeb Badmus, a.k.a Portable, Ika of Africa, claimed victory in a riveting showdown against Nollywood actor Charles Okocha in a highly-anticipated celebrity boxing match.

Hosted by Heritage Boxing Entertainment at Landmark Beach in Victoria Island, Lagos State, commencing well past 1 am and enduring for approximately 40 minutes.

The clash, marked by simmering accusations and alleged financial disputes, served as the culmination of a bitter online feud between the two personalities.

Portable had levied allegations of a contractual breach, accusing Okocha of a purported N40 million deception, asserting that he received only a fraction of the agreed-upon sum.

The confrontation served as the arena for settling their differences, as fists replaced words to resolve the monetary discord, according to Portable claims before the match.

Portable emerged triumphant, securing the coveted belt and being announced champion in the fiercely contested battle.

The announcement generated different comments online as both fans and supporters of the duo began to engage the winner and congratulate him.

An X user @TheMalik wrote: “Portable wins Charles Okocha in a Boxing match 👊🏾 Ika of Africa 😂😂🔥”

Another user @The9jatowncrier wrote: “Portable came prepared for the match between him and Charles Okocha – Congratulations to Ika of Africa 😂🔥”

However, Portable is known to be a controversial celebrity online. He has yet to make any post on his media pages about the victory as of the time of writing this report.
