Gospel Singer Peterson Okopi Announces Engagement to Prudent Gabriel with Heartfelt Proposal

Nigerian gospel singer Peterson Okopi announced his engagement to Prudent Gabriel via social media on July 1, 2024. Okopi shared a series of Instagram posts showing a romantic proposal setup, complete with flowers and a “Will you marry me?” sign.

In his Instagram caption, he wrote, “IN THE BEGINNING… Happy New Month, Family.” The posts included pictures of Okopi eagerly awaiting Prudent’s arrival at the proposal scene.

Prudent Gabriel also took to social media to share her excitement, posting a picture of her engagement ring and captioning it, “I Said Yes To The One That God Purposed Especially For Me. I love you so much, babe.”

A video on Okopi’s YouTube page captured the heartfelt proposal moment and the following emotional reactions. In the video, Okopi reminisced about their first meeting, saying, “The very first day I met Prudent, my heart leapt, and I called her Ohi, which means beauty, and for every day I have spent with her, I have gotten to see the beauty in life with God.”

Okopi expressed his deep affection for his fiancée, highlighting her as everything he had prayed for. He emphasised their shared faith, noting that they have always trusted God to guide their relationship and are hopeful for a beautiful future together.
