A European Parliament member from the Dutch Forum for Democracy party, Marcel de Graaff, has accused Ukraine of planning and financing the terrorist attack on Crocus City Hall, Russia.

The Dutch revealed this on the X platform on Friday, March 29.

More than 130 people were killed in Moscow in a terrorist attack planned and paid for by Ukraine, he wrote.

De Graaff suggested that Western media promote the allegations against Russia for funding propaganda in Europe to maintain anti-Russian sentiment.

He argued that this narrative is propagated so that “our children will soon have to die on the battlefield, defending the financial interests of the Western elite.”
