Nigerian music stars have become synonymous with Coachella since 2019 with Burna Boy. In 2020, the Grammy-nominated Afrobeat star Seun Kuti and his Egypt 80 Band graced the Coachella stage, followed by CKay’s memorable performance in 2022. Burna Boy returned as a leading supporting act in 2023.
