Ahead of International Women’s Day (IWD) on March 8th, the Women of Valour (WoV) have assembled for their annual event, remarkable women whose stories resonate with women and girls worldwide, inspiring them to face challenges head-on.

The annual programme usually a day before IWD, has an inspiring lineup of speakers, headlined by the esteemed actress and producer, Rita Dominic. Known for her talent and advocacy for women’s rights, Rita will share her experiences in breaking barriers in the entertainment industry and empowering women to pursue their dreams without fear.

Joining Rita on the platform are influential figures like South Africa’s Bonang Matheba, who will illuminate attendees with her journey to success and the vital role of self-confidence and determination in achieving goals. Additionally, Ghana’s Shirley Frimpong-Manso will delve into the transformative power of storytelling in catalysing social change and amplifying women’s voices.
