Netflix To Host Second Edition Of Lights, Camera… Naija In Lagos, Celebrating Nollywood Legends

Netflix has announced that the second edition of its lights, camera…naija event will occur on November 2, 2024, in Lagos. The event, which celebrates the best of Nollywood, will highlight key industry contributors, including on-screen stars and behind-the-scenes talents.

This year’s theme, Pioneers, Pillars, and Players, will honour Nollywood’s founding figures, the directors and producers who drive its success, and the actors who bring Nigerian stories to global audiences.

The event follows the success of last year’s edition, which featured performances by top Nigerian artists like Chike, Niniola, and DJ Sose, including the Netflix red carpet that featured stunning outfits from Nigerians.

Netflix, known for its extensive global membership of over 260 million, will roll out its signature red carpet for another star-studded evening in celebration of Nigeria’s booming film industry.
