Kerry Washington Joins Cast For ‘A Knives Out Mystery’ Series

Award-winning actress Kerry Washington has officially joined the star-studded lineup of the upcoming Knives Out mystery series, which has been titled “Wake Up Dead Man.”
Washington, popularly known for her role in the series Scandal, joined a stellar cast that includes newcomers Josh O’Connor, Cailee Spaeny, and Andrew Scott, alongside the returning Daniel Craig, who will reprise his role as the renowned detective Benoit Blanc. Deadline Magazine reported that Rian Johnson, the mastermind behind the original film, is back as the director, promising fans another thrilling instalment.
The plot details for this installment are unknown. The first installment was released in 2019, and the most recent, “Glass Onion,” premiered in 2022 on Netflix. Wake Up Dead Man marks the third entry in the series, continuing the tradition of captivating storytelling and unforgettable characters.
