JUST IN: Air Peace E145 Aborts Takeoff in Asaba Due to Burst Tyre, 51 Passengers Evacuated

An Air Peace Embraer 145 aircraft (E145) carrying 56 people, including 51 passengers and five crew members, aborted takeoff at the Asaba airport today after suffering a tyre burst, an inside source told West Africa Weekly

The flight, headed to Lagos, encountered the issue while attempting to depart from Asaba.

Following the incident, all passengers were safely evacuated, and no injuries were reported.
