Jennifer Lopez, the global superstar has announced the cancellation of her highly anticipated summer tour. On Friday, 31st of May, Live Nation revealed that Lopez is taking time off to be with her children, family and close friends.”

In a heartfelt note penned to her dedicated fanbase on her official website, Lopez expressed her deep regret, stating, “I am completely heartsick and devastated about letting you down.” Despite her disappointment, she reassured fans that she would make it up to them and promised a future reunion, concluding with expressions of love and gratitude.

The tour’s cancellation comes in the wake of Lopez’s latest album release, “This Is Me…Now,” which debuted to critical acclaim in February. Inspired by her rekindled romance with husband Ben Affleck, the album was accompanied wuth a visually stunning musical film, “This Is Me…Now: A Love Story,” financed entirely by Lopez herself.

Speculations have spiraled on the cancellation being due to low ticket sales and that the marriage between Lopez and her husband, Affleck was in trouble. Fans can still anticipate Lopez’s tour in the future.
