The presentation occurred during the second edition of the Synergy of Safety, Security and Defence (SYSDEF) exhibition, held from May 8 to 10 in Ouagadougou.

The vehicles, adapted to meet the operational needs of security forces operating in high-risk zones, are part of a growing push for local solutions to national security challenges. Equipped with reinforced armour plating, protective turrets, and tactical modifications, these vehicles aim to enhance mobility and protection for troops in the field.

The exhibition brought together regional stakeholders, including defence professionals, security experts, and government officials, highlighting technological advances and fostering collaboration in regional security efforts.

It is worth noting that such innovative and advanced endeavours in the military are not new. Recently, the government of Burkina Faso strengthened its military medical response by deploying an ultramodern mobile hospital to the front lines.

President Ibrahim Traoré officially handed over the facility to the Ministry of Defence and Veterans Affairs, aiming to enhance the treatment of wounded soldiers in active combat zones.
