A fire broke out at a plaza opposite Studio 24 on Allen Avenue in Ikeja, Lagos State, engulfing the building in flames.
Videos circulating on X (formerly Twitter) show the building still in flames.
Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service are present to salvage the situation. The cause of the fire has yet to be determined;
