His Excellency Seydou Coulibaly, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Mali to the Republic of Angola, officially submitted his credentials during a ceremony held in Luanda. The presentation of credentials marks the formal commencement of his diplomatic mission and authorizes him to represent Mali at the highest level in Angola.

The ceremony forms part of ongoing efforts to strengthen bilateral cooperation between Mali and Angola. Both countries have maintained cordial relations, and Malian authorities view the new appointment as an opportunity to deepen political dialogue and expand areas of collaboration.

In addition to promoting state-to-state engagement, Ambassador Coulibaly’s mandate includes safeguarding the interests of Malian nationals residing in Angola.
