Famous Nigerian music video director TG Omori has announced his goal to be back in 2025 after a failed kidney transplant he underwent last month. Omori, who has been sharing updates about his health journey on social media, revealed the news on X (formerly Twitter), urging fans to stay in love.

The announcement follows a series of posts where Omori disclosed that his brother had donated a kidney in an attempt to save his life. Unfortunately, the transplant was unsuccessful. In a post on August 27, 2024, he shared details of the failed procedure at St. Nicholas Hospital in Lagos, marking one year since his kidney failure.

Omori’s health struggles have sparked widespread concern, particularly after he shared a photo of himself in a hospital bed with an oxygen mask, accompanied by a message on his Instagram story, “I don’t want to die,” which resonated deeply with his followers.

Despite the setback, Omori remains hopeful, promising fans he will return by 2025. His posts have been met with an outpouring of love and encouragement from fans and industry colleagues alike, as many look forward to his recovery and return to the music scene.
