Taiwo Egunjobi has unveiled his latest film project, “The Fire and The Moth”, which recently finished principal photography in Oyo State. This film marks the second collaboration between Nemsia Studios and Sable Productions, following their previous work on A Green Fever.

The Fire and The Moth is a gritty crime drama in a tough Western Nigerian town. The plot revolves around a desperate smuggler whose escape with a rare Ife bronze head ignites a violent chain of events, plunging the city into corruption and brutality. The cast features notable actors such as Tayo Faniran, Jimmy Jean-Louis, Ini Dima-Okojie, William Benson, Ola Rotimi Fakunle, and Amanda Ugoh.

Director Egunjobi, collaborating once again with scriptwriter Isaac Ayodeji, has described this film as their “most ambitious” project. Fadamana Okwong is the director of photography, with Emiola Fagbenle producing. Derin Adeyokunnu and BB Sasore are the executive producers. Currently, The Fire and The Moth is in post-production
