Actors Guild of Nigeria International Festival to Take Place in LA

In a bid to further solidify its global presence, the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) is set to host the 2024 Actors Guild of Nigeria International Festival in Los Angeles, California from August 8 to 10, 2024. The theme for this year’s festival is, “The Actors Marketplace” (TAMP).

Emeka Rollas Ejezie, the president of AGN, confirmed the exciting news in a recent report on ShockNg, highlighting the significance of this second-year edition. Ejezie said the festival will be held in close collaboration with Africa Travel Film Festival (AFTRAFF) and Dream Magic Studios, a subsidiary of Silverbird Group.

In addition to the festival announcement, AGN also revealed 29 new appointments within the guild. These developments mark a significant milestone for AGN as it continues to expand its reach and influence on the international stage.

Some of the appointments include Ifeoma Okeke-Ozzoude, Chief of Staff; Agility Onwurah, Chief Protocol; Femi Durojaiye, SSA Media/Press Secretary; Alex Okoroji, Director of International Affiliations & Brands Communications; Hilda Dokubo, Director of Training for Members; Deyemi Okanlawon, Planning/Strategy among many others.
