This isn’t the first time Rema and Jason Derulo have shared musical synergy. They previously collaborated on the remix of ‘Ayo Girl,’ a creation by Belgian music producer Robinson. Additionally, Jason Derulo has a history of musical partnerships with Rema’s label mate Bayyani, having collaborated on the remix of the popular single ‘Tatata.’

For Rema, this collaboration is a testament to his growing prominence in the United States, where he has enjoyed commercial success, notably with the smash hit ‘Calm Down’ alongside Selena Gomez. Adding to his repertoire of American collaborations, Rema’s latest venture includes ‘Pretty Girl,’ a track featuring the up-and-coming rapper Ice Spice.
